HCB101, HanchorBio\u2019s engineered SIRP\u03b1-IgG4 Fc fusion protein, serves as the Company\u2019s lead clinical anchor and is being developed as a potential myeloid-enhancing immune backbone for rational combination therapy.
\nRecent clinical data presented at the JCA\u2013AACR Special Joint Conference in Kyoto provided additional evidence in gastric\/gastroesophageal junction cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Second-line gastric\/GEJ cancer remains the lead development setting for HCB101, while emerging clinical and translational learnings are guiding the evaluation of selected expansion opportunities in tumor settings where myeloid biology, immune exclusion, and treatment resistance may play important roles.<\/p>\n
