HanchorBio to Present Pipeline Strategy at 2026 Jefferies APAC Healthcare Conference
Management to discuss HCB101 as a clinical anchor, oncology platform expansion, and the emerging HCB206 autoimmune franchise
TAIPEI, SHANGHAI, and SAN FRANCISCO — September 1, 2026 — HanchorBio, Inc. (TWSE: 7827), a global clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation immunotherapies for oncology and immune-mediated diseases, today announced that executive management will participate in the 2026 Jefferies APAC Healthcare Conference, taking place September 20–21, 2026, at Hilton Shanghai Zhangjiang Science Park in Shanghai.
Executive leadership will present the continued evolution of the Company’s proprietary FBDB™ platform, highlighting clinical progress of the lead candidate HCB101, pipeline expansion across multispecific HCB301 and HCB303 oncology assets, and the emerging HCB206 autoimmune franchise.
Key topics featured in the management presentation include:
- HCB101 — Clinical Anchor: Updated clinical activity for HanchorBio’s lead SIRPα-based macrophage-directed immunotherapy, including an 80% objective response rate (ORR) in the 5.12–8 mg/kg mid-dose cohorts of second-line gastric/gastroesophageal junction (GC/GEJ) cancer treated with ramucirumab and paclitaxel.
Additional clinical activity includes durable partial response beyond 80 weeks with HCB101 monotherapy in advanced HNSCC, a 50% ORR including a complete response in a Taiwan HNSCC study combining HCB101 with PD-1 blockade, and objective responses with prolonged disease control in colorectal cancer.
- Oncology Platform Expansion: Progress across trispecific programs HCB301 (SIRPα, PD-L1, TGFβ) and HCB303 (SIRPα, PD-L1, TIGIT/PVR), together with rational combination strategies incorporating complementary therapeutic modalities including targeted small molecules, vaccines, bispecific immunotherapies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
- Autoimmune Franchise: Advancements of HCB206, designed for precision clearance of pathogenic CD20-positive B-cell compartments.
